SO... I&#039;m having the same problem in my FC that should be running disparity negative. 
I didn&#039;t exactly understood ( or didn&#039;t want to :) ),
if  TXCHARDISPMODE  = 1 and TXCHARDISPVAL = 0 ity means that the RD is always RD- or it keeps the running disparity, negative. as in -1 or -2
