		<description>As someone using Mint and Ubuntu until recently (Gnome, cinnamon, Xfce), I strongly recommend KDE Neon or Kubuntu. After having various lightlocker or Hidpi and Qt/Icon issues, etc, I started also noticing &quot;hmm, almost everything I use is Qt or, not Gnome/GTK&quot;. KDE really the best in my opinion in 2019.</description>
