one observation i was able to make, apart from the bluetooth is that my wifi speed on wifi6 goes to shit when also the bluetooth init fails. the wifi5 network i have in my home does fine and has the same performance (as far as i can tell anyway). random reboots

I have a Dell XPS 15 9570 with this issue. I've been lucky enough so far that I can usually get Bluetooth back by turning the laptop off then back on again.
