I was never exposed to Kicad before but heard about it good things. I'm used to Altium Designer which is working well but I can tell that even the 2021 version still has some issues I need to workaround. I assume that for simple PCBs Kicad can be a great tool. P.S I think we have talked on the phone maybe 10 years ago, I'm from Haifa as well. Nice post! I was never exposed to Kicad before but heard about it good things.
